territory? I for one recall sitting in my bunk bed when my
grandmother would babysit, and pretend I was Snoopy chasing the
Red Baron across France. Ra-ta-ta-ta-tat!"

"Sonoma
Valley Airport is located at 23982 Arnold Drive in Sonoma,
California.
My wife and I visited this airport on our 10th anniversary. We
were here to ride in the green and yellow open air biplane. We had
a wonderful ride capped off with a few loops and
barrel-rolls." |

"We
looked up things to do in Sonoma and this Vintage Aircraft Company
caught our eye. We still had some cash from our wedding in the
sock drawer and decided to take one of their flights. Originally
we thought that we were going to be flying over the Golden Gate
Bridge, but due to heavy fog in the Bay Area, our 45 minute flight
flew over the vineyards of Sonoma and Napa Valley. Our pilot was
the best ever, and gave us such a smooth ride."

Great !!!
I was able to get the excitement of flying in a 1940 Stearman
Bi-Plane. Taking off with the fragrence of exhaust and the wind in your
face... The roar of the engine, and incredible view of the region as we
climbed for altitude.
The feel of the G's as we executed Square rolls, Loops...
fulfilled my dreams of living experiences I'd only imagined
after seeing all those movies about flight. It left me
reflecting about those eager pilots in WWI who flew in aircraft
such as these, with no protection except their
determination and courage. The pilot touched down so cleanly
...you wouldn't know we had landed except you could feel the runway under the
wheels...excellent

of taking a vacation with my wife to San Francisco and Sonoma. We
